Here at Percepta we value our local communities as well as the 'global community', we are all a part of. Our corporate values are like a compass - they guide us through any situation we are faced with and help define the culture we are all proud to be a part of at Percepta. We strive to "Treat people with dignity and respect," and the Percepta's Passion program is a forum for our employees to highlight their volunteer activities in the community and shine a spotlight on the valuable organizations they work so hard to support. When members of the local community benefit, Percepta benefits as well!
Our corporate values also guide us to "Demonstrate integrity in the way we conduct business and treat each other," and to "Be proactive." The Percepta's Planet program helps promote environmental awareness at our company, and highlights the many earth-friendly practices of both the organization as well as our employees.

Percepta's PassionHere at Percepta we recognize that the local communities we operate in need our support. Volunteering in the local community demonstrates many of Percepta's values such as "treating people with dignity and respect", "demonstrating integrity" and "effective teamwork". It's also a great way to gain valuable leadership skills and meet new people. We know many of our employees are personally involved in their communities and are very dedicated to making a difference. Through a venue known as "Percepta's Passion" we invite our employees to share information about their volunteer efforts and respective community organizations. These individual stories are then shared with the Percepta team globally through a special Percepta Passion newsletter. By sharing employee volunteer stories we hope to inspire others to do a similar activity in their local community.
Percepta's PlanetPercepta's Planet is a program designed to promote environmental awareness at our company. Through this program we highlight our organization's eco-friendly practices, as well as 'Green Tips,' employees can use in their daily lives. Through the program our employees submit their Green Tips which are shared in a periodic newsletter which may also include other ideas and events meant to promote "green thinking." For each Green Tip published Percepta makes a donation to the Rainforest Rescue program. In addition, we publish 'Green Web Resources', so employees can learn more about conservation, recycling and other eco-friendly products and travel advice.
